Will it really look like them?
That's the whole job. The models we use restore what's there; they don't invent faces. Skin isn't smoothed, jaws aren't reshaped, nobody gets younger. If a result still reads wrong, press “try again” — free — and if it never lands, refund yourself.
How long does it take?
The free preview is usually ready in under a minute. A paid pack renders every photo right away, in the background; most packs are complete in a few minutes.

Can I upload a photo of a print?
Yes. A phone photo of the print in even light works well. Flatten it, avoid glare, fill the frame.
